2. Scope of Services
ConsultEvo LLC provides consulting, workflow automation, CRM setup, ClickUp workspace builds, GoHighLevel implementations, integrations using Make or Zapier, and general operational support services. Specific deliverables, timelines and responsibilities are defined in each individual proposal, agreement or invoice.
3. Use of the Website
By using this website, you agree not to misuse any content, disrupt functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or extract data without written permission.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information required for service delivery
- Ensure access to relevant tools (ClickUp, GHL, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Maintain their own third-party accounts and licenses
- Comply with applicable laws when using automations, SMS, or email campaigns
5. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe or other approved providers. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due immediately upon receipt. Services may be paused if payments fail or remain overdue.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of consulting, automation builds and digital service delivery, all payments are considered final and non-refundable once work has begun.
7. No Guarantee of Specific Results
ConsultEvo LLC does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, financial improvements, lead volume, sales performance or operational results. All services are delivered on a best-effort basis with no implied warranties.
8. Intellectual Property
All workflows, documentation, templates, automations and materials created by ConsultEvo LLC remain the intellectual property of ConsultEvo LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their own business operations.
9. Third-Party Services
We integrate with external tools such as ClickUp, Make.com, Zapier, HubSpot, Stripe, Bluehost and GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for their reliability, uptime, pricing, data handling or technical limitations. Any outages or failures originating from these platforms are outside our control.
10. Data and Security
Clients are responsible for securing their own systems, passwords and user access. ConsultEvo LLC does not assume liability for data loss, system misuse or unauthorized access related to client-managed accounts.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConsultEvo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, downtime or business interruption arising from the use of our services or website.
12. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement with written notice, according to the terms specified in the individual agreement or invoice. All work completed prior to termination remains billable.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
14. Changes to These Terms
ConsultEvo LLC may update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use the website or services, you accept the updated Terms.
